Calendar Girls Blog Hop

Welcome to our July Calendar Girls' Blog Hop. Papercrafts Presents 365 Cards magazine which is our inspiration for these monthly hops which thus became the Calendar Girls. The magazine has Creative Ideas for every day of the year: occasions, holidays, and celebrations including 42 unique holidays!!! These unique holidays are our inspiration. Here are my two cards:

The first things I thought of when I selected National Lollipop Day was the wise old owl and Telly Savalas.  I decided a card with the Owl would be more fun to create.   After all these years, I still don't know, "How many licks does it take"? 

One of my most favorite things is chocolate.  Chocolate milk, chocolate candy bars, a nice hot cup of hot cocoa.  The best of all however, is a sweet Milk Chocolate Hershey's Kiss.  

I realized as I am putting up this posting and reading the list again, that I am in error in my chocolate card. In my planner, I have written down as "Milk Chocolate" day, when I should have written down "Chocolate Milk" day.

  4. Love both your cards that tootsie pop paper is great and so glad you used the owl I love owls!! Great images on the second card ( guess I'm not alone in suffering from latent dyslexia LOL)
