Teacup Tilly ~ Sherri Baldy Stamps

Teacup Tilly ~  done in hues of blues, has been added into the Bestie Challenge for this week.

Teacup Tilly was colored with Crayola Colored Pencils, then blended with Gamsol.  I complemented the awesome digi with some Prima flowers and golden gems.  I made this base card 5" x 6.5", then cut two different blue scrap sheets of paper, diagonally and pieced them to fit the card.  Teacup Tilly is layered on a green card stock, then on top of a dark blue card stock.
