Double Dog Dare - Spring Fling

I Double Dog Dare You to create a garden since April Showers bring May Flowers. I am daring you to create a project whether it be a card, lay-out, your creativity is your only limitation!!!!! For this fun Double Dog Dare you challenge, I used a beautiful oval frame and embellished it with some pretty pink flowers.  I further embellished my frame with a pretty pink seam binding ribbon and a lovely charm.

The frame I purchased from Michael's for a mere $2.00.  The lovely pink flowers were provided by my good friend Veroinca, as was the beautiful charm.
