Handmade With Love ~ Pinque Peacock

Hello everyone, today is my day to show you some crafty goodness from Pinque Peacock. This month I was provided the May Craft Kit.  I love the pieces I received and went right to thinking, "What can I do with this fun product".

The first item I made was a charm bracelet.  I have been wanting to make a charm bracelet for the longest time, so I was really excited to get this.

I received four heart charms, so I spaced three of them evenly from the center, then added the fourth one near the clasp of the charm.  the one near the clasp is stamped with the words, "handmade with love".

However, I wanted something different, so used a small piece of purple ribbon and weaved it through the bracelet.  Near the ends of the bracelet I added two silver beads.  I thought this added quite a bit to the bracelet. My biggest problem now is how to get the ribbon to stay.  I have added some Glossy Accents to the ends in hopes this will help protect the knot.

I still had left over pieces so I decided to take the beads and make a pair of earrings.  Of course, as things would have it, I did not have all of the parts I needed to finish them up and model them, so you have just a small picture here.  A quick trip to JoAnn's and they will be quickly finished however.

I love the butterflies, and with the fun colored pink/green beads, the smaller green beads worked perfectly as spacers.

I hope you will take some time to go to the Pinque Peacock shop and purchase your own Craft Kit.  I know you will not be disappointed.

Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to reading your comments.
